Delete your account

You can delete your NscDelivery account at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

Open the app, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and follow the steps.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email address, username and profile photo.
Your sign-in methods (password, Google, Apple), sessions and devices.
Your membership of every business, and your saved addresses.
Your location history, which is deleted within 30 days anyway.

What is kept

Order and financial records that a business needs for its accounts. They are kept, but no longer linked to you.
Positions attached to delivery steps, as proof of the delivery, without your name.

If you own a business on NscDelivery, transfer it or close it in the app first.
